https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/ecd/article/view/344

This community service aims to increase the added value of pandan mat Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products in Kadumaneuh Village, Pandeglang Regency, through product diversification. Pandan mats are local products that have high economic potential but still face challenges in terms of marketing and product innovation. This community service is carried out by involving training for local craftsmen on product diversification techniques, marketing, and effective branding development. The results of this service are expected to increase the knowledge and skills of craftsmen in creating new, innovative products, such as accessories and decorations made from pandan mats. In addition, improving product quality and appropriate marketing strategies are expected to expand market reach and increase MSME income. The resulting managerial implications include the need to improve MSME managerial skills in product design management, the use of digital technology for marketing, and the development of collaborative strategies with other parties to increase production and distribution efficiency. This paper contributes to providing a strategic understanding of the importance of the role of digital marketing and financial literacy as a solution to increase the competitiveness and turnover of MSMEs in the era of digital transformation through a training approach based on partner needs.
Hilma SuyanaHerika HayuraniMuhammad Rofi’i

This community service program aims to improve the digital business skills of PKK mothers in Kampung Sengon, Depok, by introducing the use of social media as a practical marketing tool. The training, held on January 4, 2024, focused on familiar platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook and covered basic digital marketing techniques, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce strategies suitable for micro, small, medium-entrepreneurs (MSME). Delivered through lectures and interactive discussions, the program significantly improved participants' understanding of digital entrepreneurship, increased their motivation, and opened up opportunities for collaboration. The training emphasized the importance of building a consistent digital presence to develop their businesses independently and sustainably. Managerial implications highlight the need for an adaptive and participant-centered approach in training design, ensuring that content is aligned with participants' digital skills. Facilitators should also provide access to digital tools and encourage peer-to-peer interactions to strengthen learning outcomes and support the formation of informal business networks. Ultimately, the program contributes to improving household economic resilience and driving local economic development.
Hestin Agus TantriningsihDasih Irma IstiatikSari MaemunahWiwin SurtinahRefren RiadiMoch Ali ImronAnna Astrid Susanti

The use of herbal plants as medicine is one of the efforts to improve public health. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling on traditional medicinal plants based on local wisdom to the community in Babakanraden Village, Bogor Regency. This counseling is expected to be able to identify the types of medicinal plants, especially those that are widely available in the Babakanraden Village environment. Counseling participants received material exposure through written and picture media about the types of traditional medicinal plants and several traditional medicinal concoctions. Based on the pre-test and post-test scores of the participants, there was a difference in scores of 19%. These results indicate that the participants' knowledge increased after being given counseling. In the future, the people of Babakanraden Village, Bogor Regency, can apply knowledge about traditional medicine, especially that based on local wisdom, as an effort to be independent in preventing disease. The managerial implications of this counseling activity show the importance of the active role of village stakeholders, especially local government officials and public health institutions, in designing and implementing local wisdom-based education programs in a sustainable manner.
Futri Zamnis MaretaIsmail RazakYuaniko Yuaniko

https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/ecd/article/view/447

The purpose of this project is to develop a sustainable waste management system at SMP Fikri Junior High School (SMP) Jakarta by introducing recycling, reuse, and active involvement from all school components. The project follows a five-phase Project Management approach: Initiation to define goals based on 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle); Planning for resource and activity design; Implementation, including waste sorting and awareness campaigns; Monitoring to track progress and gather feedback; and Closure to evaluate outcomes and propose long-term strategies. Key results include improved operational systems for waste handling, enhanced environmental awareness among students, teachers, and staff, and the creation of a sustainable waste management model. The project promoted hands-on learning about 3R practices, increased efficiency in managing school waste, and encouraged community-wide participation. As a result, the school environment became cleaner, healthier, and more environmentally friendly. Despite initial challenges, these were addressed through consistent education and recycling efforts, leading to a lasting impact on school culture and environmental responsibility.
Wahyu Tri HandokoGatot PrabantoroFaris Faruqi

https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/ecd/article/view/444

Modern catfish farming increasingly prioritizes the use of sophisticated technology to increase productivity and efficiency. One crucial aspect of catfish farming is the feeding system, which until now is still widely done manually by spreading feed by hand. This conventional method is less efficient, especially on a large scale, because it depends on the timing and dosage of feed, which is often uncontrolled. Inaccuracy in feeding can cause slow fish growth, water pollution due to leftover feed, and an increased risk of cannibalism in fish. To overcome these problems, an automatic feed machine technology equipped with a timer system was developed. This machine can throw feed in a scheduled and controlled manner so that feeding becomes more efficient and optimal. In addition to increasing the efficiency of the work of farmers, the use of automatic feeding machines also contributes to better fish growth and maintains the quality of pond water. The managerial implications that can be suggested are the need to strengthen the institutional capacity and management of women's farmer groups through structured ongoing training, especially in plant cultivation with the Budikdamber system and group financial management.
Reka AditamaLuthpiyah JuliandaraYuha Nadhirah QintharahPurnama Putra
