Thanks to its ability to authenticate data accurately and minimize the risk of fraud, Blockchain has been applied in many industries, including healthcare, in medical examination and treatment processes and record management. Storing medical and health records in digital form helps to retrieve information quickly, improve the quality of patient care and the effectiveness of medical examination and treatment. However, the issue of online information security is still a major concern for managers, patients and users. This article will present (1) the operating mechanism of Blockchain; (2) the medical examination and treatment process according to regulations; (3) the security of health records and medical records when applying Blockchain technology, and propose solutions in the application of health records and patient medical records management.
Van Nhan Nguyen , Trần Thí Thúy Vân Copyright (c) 2025 Van Nhan Nguyen , Trần Thí Thúy Vân https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/359 Sun, 25 May 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Information System for Monitoring Follow-up on Audit Results as an Effort to Digitize the Audit Process at the National Civil Service Agency https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/109
The follow-up process of examination results at the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has so far been conducted manually using spreadsheets and physical documents, which has the potential to cause delays in reporting, data duplication, and low monitoring efficiency. This research aims to design and build a monitoring information system for follow-up on examination results as a form of digitalization of the audit process within the BKN. This system is developed using web-based technology, with Laravel as the backend framework, PHP as the main programming language, and MySQL as the database. The development process uses the Waterfall method which includes stages of analysis, system design using UML, implementation, and testing. To ensure the functionality of the system, black box testing is conducted which shows that all main features operate according to user requirements. In addition, the system evaluation was conducted through a user satisfaction questionnaire among several relevant employees at BKN, and achieved a satisfaction level of 87%, indicating a positive acceptance of the developed system. This system enables the recording, monitoring, and reporting of follow-up actions from inspections to be done in a structured, real-time, and well-documented manner, while also supporting increased transparency and accountability within governmental agencies.
Hary Noval Ramadhan Copyright (c) 2025 Hary Noval Ramadhan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/109 Wed, 28 May 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Design of a Digital Service Information System for Web-Based Wedding Management Invitation System https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/309
The Digital Wedding Invitation Management System provides a modern solution for efficiently managing wedding invitations in digital format. This research is driven by the increasing need for a platform that allows couples to create, manage, and distribute wedding invitations online, in response to contemporary lifestyle changes and the complexities involved in organizing weddings today. This system aims to simplify the invitation process by offering tools that allow couples to personalize and share invitations while enhancing interaction with guests through digital communication features. Developed using Agile methodology, this system benefits from iterative development and continuous user feedback, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs. This system is built on the Laravel framework, known for its scalability and reliability, ensuring a secure and high-performance platform. This research includes various stages, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, and thorough testing to ensure the reliability and quality of the system. The result is a user-friendly and efficient Digital Wedding Invitation Management System, which helps couples manage their wedding invitations easily, reducing the time, effort, and costs typically associated with traditional invitations. This system represents an innovative approach to digital invitation management, providing greater convenience and accessibility for users throughout the wedding planning process.
Alamul Huda, Yopi Handrianto Copyright (c) 2025 Alamul Huda, Yopi Handrianto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/309 Sat, 14 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Analysis of the Influence of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Variables on User Satisfaction of the InDriver Application https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/308
This study aims to analyze the influence of variables within the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, namely Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), on the satisfaction of users of the online transportation application InDriver. TAM is a commonly used model in evaluating technology acceptance and is utilized in this research to measure the extent to which users' perceptions of the ease and benefits of using the application affect their satisfaction. Data was collected through a quantitative survey using a questionnaire with 150 respondents who are active InDriver users. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects of each TAM variable on user satisfaction. The results show that PU and PEOU have a significant effect on attitude and intention to use, which in turn has a positive effect on user satisfaction. This finding indicates that the acceptance of technology directly affects user satisfaction in the use of digital transportation services. This research contributes to application developers and service providers in understanding the factors that influence technology-based user satisfaction.
Muhammad Fandu Pratama Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Fandu Pratama https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/308 Mon, 16 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Web-Based Education Development Contribution Payment Management Application at Islamic Junior High School YAPISMA https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/299
Education serves as a means for individuals to acquire both academic and non-academic knowledge, with institutions providing the environment for teaching and learning processes. Educational fees, such as the Education Development Contribution (SPP), are charged to individuals with the right to learn. However, many institutions, including the YAPISMA Islamic Junior High School, still manage these payments manually. The use of computer technology in data processing is essential to improve efficiency and accuracy. This research aims to develop a user-friendly web-based SPP payment management application for the YAPISMA Islamic Junior High School to enhance administrative processes and improve the quality of educational services and school financial management. The research methods include literature review, observation, and interviews with school administrative staff. The application development follows the Agile model, which encompasses the stages of initial planning, design, development, testing, implementation, review, deployment, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the web-based SPP payment system provides ease and efficiency in both payment processing and student data management, replacing manual methods and reducing errors in financial reporting. With the implementation of this application, significant improvements in administrative efficiency and the quality of educational services at the YAPISMA Islamic Junior High School are expected, and it could serve as a model for other schools.
Arda Mulya Darmawan Copyright (c) 2025 Arda Mulya Darmawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://sanscientific.com/journal/index.php/its/article/view/299 Tue, 17 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700
