Editorial Team

Structure of the Editorial Board (for additional information, see Guidelines for Editors and Reviewers):

1. The Editor-in-Chief is in charge of the Journal, sets its development strategy, decides its goals and scope, and makes the final contentious decisions. Holds editorial meetings, represents, recommends (for indexing, abstracting, etc.), and promotes the Journal to a wider audience.
2. The Managing Editor reviews submissions at the earliest stage, manages the peer review process, assists authors and Editors, organizes final documents for publication, and has regulatory control over deadlines.
3. Section Editors oversee peer assessment of papers given to them by the Editor-in-Chief.
4. Members of the Editorial Board examine papers, engage independent reviewers, promote the Journal, and advise on journal strategy.
