The Research of Business and Management (RBM) is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by SAN Scientific, Indonesia. This journal is published semi-annually online (February and August) with a continuous publication system to keep readers and authors updated with the latest progress. RBM is dedicated to publishing academic work in all aspects relevant to developing the theory and practice of marketing, human capital, organization behavior, corporate finance, banking and investment, operation management, supply chain and logistics, business strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation, technology management, digital business, fintech, and corporate governance in both the public and private sectors.
